Fred L. Croci, Managing Broker of Commercial Broker’s Alliance NOCO, LLC, developed, constructed and leased this project for a third party investor in 1985. Principals of Wheeler Commercial Property Services, LLC put together a local investment group to re-acquire Cimarron Plaza in 1996. On behalf of that partnership the Managing Broker of Wheeler Commercial Property Services, LLC assisted in rehabbing the project, increased lease rates, managed the property and sold the project for the owners in 2003.
